An Anne Arundel County Police Department vehicle and a U.S. Naval Academy ambulance collided in Annapolis Friday morning outside Anne Arundel Medical Center, officials said.

Annapolis Police arrested and charged a 23-year-old Millersville man with first-degree attempted murder and handgun offenses for a shooting that sent one man to the hospital, police said Wednesday.

A Meade Middle School bus crashed into the woods while taking students home Tuesday afternoon, according to police and school officials, who are investigating the collision.
